2. Intellectual Property & Copyright Ownership
All published content—including exclusive investigative reports, analysis essays, infographics, podcast audio recordings, photography, custom codebases, and digital layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Bitbelles Journal and its credited contributing authors, protected under national and international copyright treaties.
- Permitted Non-Commercial Use: Readers may quote brief excerpts (up to 150 words) under statutory "Fair Use" principles, provided that explicit editorial attribution and an active hyperlink to the original article canonical URL are visibly included.
- Prohibited Syndication: Systematic scraping, wholesale reproduction, commercial syndication, or feeding our proprietary investigative journalism into unauthorized generative artificial intelligence models without prior written licensing is strictly prohibited.
3. Reader Conduct & Community Standards

- Transmit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or obscene communications.
